Orlando Car Accident Lawyer Exceeds Expectations
Why do people continue to choose inexperienced Orlando car accident lawyers? Why not choose a car accident specialist? It seems so simple, but unfortunately so many misleading TV commercials and Yellow Page advertising makes choosing a competent lawyer difficult. We have been blessed to represent so many injured in Orlando car accidents that we have written the Florida Accident Book to spell out the steps to choosing the right lawyer.
Why would someone allow a lawyer who has not tried a case in years to handle their important case? Why would any one allow a lawyer to "sit" on their case for two years after the car accident without filing a lawsuit on their behalf? We find that most people who go to a lawyer never really "check out" the lawyer before hiring him.
When we meet with prospective clients who were neglected by their lawyer, we always check to see whether the lawyer is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law, which includes car accident cases. Generally, we find the lawyer is not certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist. In addition, we find the lawyer has little if any real trial experience.
How sad for lawyers to market themselves as Orlando car accident lawyers when they spend most of their time handling workers compensation or real estate law. Of course, we do not fault those people coming to us for assistance. We believe the fault lies with those lawyers who advertise for cases and accept car accident cases when they should refer those clients to much better qualified lawyers.
